Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients by phone and in person, delivering excellent service while ensuring orders are received and processed accurately. The role requires collaboration with patients, providers and teammates to meet insurance documentation and billing requirements.

The anticipated salary range is $16.66 - 24.26 hourly. Actual compensation varies by experience, skills, education and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center preferred.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, obtain payor authorizations, and enter data.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill health plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
