Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator who will positively impact patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering exceptional service while coordinating orders and billing processes. You will work closely with patients, providers and the branch team to ensure timely, accurate processing and insurance documentation.

The anticipated hourly range is $19.25–$35.75, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information to patients; troubleshoot issues.
• Process branch orders and verify insurance to bill plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Support documentation and records across multiple systems.
