Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with information and resolutions.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and gather required documentation.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and manage data entry tasks.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and patients to meet insurance guidelines.
• Conduct outbound satisfaction calls and support documentation and billing workflow.
