Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance details, and gather documentation to bill health plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year related work experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare call center or branch environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with orders and documentation.
• Process new orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and support billing processes.
• Provide outstanding customer service by phone and in person.
