Zusammenfassung

Accendra Health is seeking Branch Coordinators to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring orders are received, processed timely, and accurately. You will collect documentation needed to bill insurance plans and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues.

The position offers an hourly range of $18.00 - $26.50, with actual pay based on experience, skills, education and location.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Aufgaben

• Be the first contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls, provide information, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Process orders, verify insurance and authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments and manage daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound satisfaction calls.
