Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating orders with providers and teams. You will verify insurance, obtain authorization, and ensure timely processing to maximize benefits and care delivery.

In this role you will handle multi-system data entry, collect payments, and support appointment scheduling, while maintaining compliance and accuracy in all documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience with multi-line phone system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries across departments.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with sales/referrals to obtain payor information.
• Review patient accounts to bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Make outbound patient satisfaction calls.
