Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is hiring Branch Coordinators to positively impact patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll ensure orders are received and processed timely, working with patients, providers and team members. This role supports billing, insurance verification, authorizations, and payments, with duties spanning order processing, scheduling deliveries, data entry, and outbound satisfaction calls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in healthcare or call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person or by phone.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and support billing processes.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with documentation for insurance billing.
