Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross are required.
• Experience in billing systems, third-party claims, or medical office setting with customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Billing/Services Representatives and supervise the front desk/scheduling team.
• Ensure staff performance aligns with practice standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Train new procedures and staff, manage providers’ schedules and master schedules.
• Coordinate orders, supplies, and office operations; support quality improvement activities.
