Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Experience with billing systems and third-party claims in a medical office setting (4+ years).
• Strong communication, data entry, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk/scheduling team and coordinate office functions.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure HIPAA-compliant processes.
• Assist in triaging patient calls and coordinating providers’ schedules.
• Plan training and onboarding for new procedures and staff members.
• Prepare reports and participate in quality improvement activities.
