Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in healthcare administration.
• Proficient in EPIC EHR and managed care operations.
• Strong data entry and telephone communication skills.
• Able to handle moderately complex scheduling and billing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance to ensure quality care and standards.
• Schedule and register patients by phone or email per procedures.
• Triage patient calls and emails with physician involvement as needed.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new staff with manager.
• Assist in managing provider schedules and templates.
• Prepare custom reports as directed by management.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Provide scheduling services including collecting demographics and insurance registration.
