Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the front desk/scheduling team to ensure quality patient flow.
• Monitor staff performance and compliance with practice standards.
• Coordinate physician schedules and templates per protocols.
• Triages patient calls, tasks, and emails with appropriate escalation.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding for new procedures.
• Prepare custom reports and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance including OSHA standards.
