Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance information and counsel alternatives for financial assistance.
• Coordinate scheduling with physicians/clinical staff for urgent or referred calls/requests.
• Provide patient scheduling services, including collecting demographics and insurance information.
• Review schedules for new patients and update as needed.
• Call patients with appointment reminders and process internal referrals.
• Explain billing processes and respond to inquiries from patients/third-party payers; assist with basic account maintenance.
