• Review schedules for new patients and update as needed.
• Call patients to remind them of appointments and collect insurance details.
• Explain billing processes and answer inquiries from patients and third parties.
• Assist staff with reminder cards and basic account maintenance.
• Work with the Relatient system to manage reminders and scheduling changes.
