Zusammenfassung

Towne is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge to greet patients and visitors at the facility, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and courteous arrival experience. You will work at hospital entrances and coordinate with Public Safety to support a safe environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and adherence to privacy standards. Weekend availability and flexible shifts are required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Arrive and check-in visitors, vendors, and patients and issue badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital system while protecting patient privacy.
• Monitor screening equipment and follow workflow procedures.
• Report suspicious activity to Public Safety when needed.
• Assist patients and guests with inquiries and directions.
