Job summary

Towne is hiring a Visitor Management Concierge to warmly welcome visitors, vendors, and patients at hospital entrances. You will issue badges, manage visitor data with HIPAA-compliant privacy, and assist guests while coordinating with Baylor Scott and White Public Safety for a secure environment.

Role requires strong customer service, English literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting. Shifts vary (AM/PM/weekends) with a 100% focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to de-escalate and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Basic typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in visitors, vendors and patients and issue badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital database while protecting privacy.
• Monitor screening equipment and follow established workflows.
• Report suspicious activity to Public Safety.
• Assist patients and guests with inquiries and directions.
