Job summary

The Patient Care Concierge role at Towne Towne provides multi-functional support across hospital departments, delivering exceptional hospitality and patient assistance throughout stay. Responsibilities include greeting, wayfinding, patient sitting, transport, and equipment porter duties in alignment with hospital needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, background checks, and HIPAA/Wheelchair Safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Complete Wheelchair Safety Training and HIPAA Training.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience directing staff preferred.
• Good computer skills and ability to use basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with professional and friendly demeanor; assist with directions and information; provide wayfinding and answer calls.
• Remain at the bedside for patient sitting; attend to non-clinical needs and alert nursing staff if needed.
• Explain procedures and assist with patient transport; ensure comfort, safety and privacy.
• Manage and distribute hospital equipment; maintain tracking and reporting; follow emergency codes and document activities.
