Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a part-time Greeter Service Ambassador to welcome patients and visitors at the facility with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will assist with inquiries, directions and basic information, while accurately entering patient data and maintaining privacy per HIPAA standards.

The role requires basic English proficiency, data-entry skills, and the ability to work 5pm–9pm M-F with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hospital equipment, codes, alarms and surveillance systems.
• Strong written and verbal English; data entry and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests/patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with directions, inquiries and immediate needs; monitor emergencies.
• Enter patient information into hospital database; protect privacy (HIPAA).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Support disaster codes and response plans as needed.
