• Verify patient name and room number for accurate visitor management and communicate visitor guidelines.
• Confirm scheduled appointments for patients; provide registration onboarding and escort to the correct hospital destination.
• Respond to guest needs within scope or obtain appropriate assistance.
• Be aware of department locations to answer questions promptly.
