Tenet Healthcare Corporation seeks a supervisory professional to guide and mentor Patient Access staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and escalation handling. The role supports planning across Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, and ED, while upholding policy compliance and service quality.

The position participates in performance reporting, monitors activities, and acts as part of the management team to meet departmental goals within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• 5+ years experience in Patient Access preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentoring to new and existing staff.
• Assist in planning for Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, and ED operations.
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce department policies and participate in policy development.
• Monitor daily activity and complete performance/metric reports.
• Perform all Patient Access functions as needed and support management goals.
