The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with hospital leadership and departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Patient Access operations across registration, pre-service, and financial clearance functions.
• Develop and implement action plans; monitor performance and budgets.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and staff engagement.
• Enforce policies and contribute to policy development.
• Communicate issues and solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
