Job summary

Ensemble is looking for a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate the activities of the Patient Access team, ensuring safe, effective, and fiscally responsible operations. The role partners with the Patient Access Leadership to develop staff and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and performance coaching, plus handling on-call rotations and ongoing process improvements with a focus on patient experience and revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access and registration operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees all Patient Access registration and pre-registration duties.
• Monitors daily productivity and reports on key metrics.
• Manages staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Assists with onboarding and coaching staff, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.
• Evaluates processes and implements improvements with leadership input.
