Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing Patient Access staff.
• Assist in planning for Registration process areas including Admitting, Scheduling, ED and clinics.
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies per hospital/department guidelines and develop new ones.
• Monitor daily activity and prepare performance/financial reports.
• Perform Patient Access functions as needed and support management goals.
