Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance. Collaborate with the Patient Access Manager to drive optimal performance and staff development.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and daily tasks, including registration duties, productivity tracking, and reporting. On-call rotation and project leadership are also key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree required; healthcare or business background preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate registration and pre-registration duties; oversee staff training and daily productivity.
• Monitor department performance metrics (wait times, point of service, overtime, productivity).
• Schedule staff, minimize overtime, ensure adherence to policies and effective communication.
• Lead process improvements; develop workflows and coach staff with regular feedback.
• Participate in facility activities and ensure alignment with client requirements.
