Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced supervisor to guide and mentor Patient Access staff across admitting, scheduling, and department processes in a hospital setting. You will support daily operations, escalate issues, and help ensure compliance with policies while contributing to strategic planning and metrics reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare IT knowledge, and deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree preferred; degree in Business, Medical Administration or related area is advantageous.
• 2- to 4-year degree in Business, Accounting, Medical Administration or related area preferred.
• 4+ years experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• 5+ years experience in Patient Access preferred; 2+ years in supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily mentorship/training to new and existing staff.
• Assist in short and long-range planning for Registration processes.
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies and assist in developing new policies per hospital guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and prepare performance/metric reports.
• Perform all Patient Access functions as needed.
• Participate in management tasks to ensure operational goals are met.
