R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Team Lead to oversee daily workflow, support front-end registration and verification processes, and monitor staff productivity at Ascension Seton Northwest Hospital.

The role emphasizes compliance with operational and financial standards and delivering patient-centered service. The position schedules Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, in Austin, TX, with a base pay range of $17.60–$25.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Access, registration, insurance verification, or hospital admitting operations.
• Knowledge of inpatient verification workflows and front-end revenue cycle processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to coach staff and enforce operational compliance.

Responsabilités

• Review daily and monthly productivity metrics.
• Monitor associate performance.
• Track collection performance to meet monthly goals.
• Provide immediate coaching and follow-up for underperforming staff.
• Complete leadership tasks daily without reminders.
• Lead by example with punctuality, professionalism, accountability and follow-through.
