Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Access to oversee the Patient Access staff across clinics, ensuring patients and families feel welcomed and supported. You will monitor documentation, outcomes, and NPS, while enforcing workflows and compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, process improvement, and delivering best-in-class patient experiences, with significant travel and collaboration with clinicians and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience hiring, supervising, training, and coaching others.
• 2 years administrative and/or customer/patient service.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily documentation and compliance to ensure HIPAA privacy and payer requirements.
• Lead and develop an administrative Patient Access team; partner with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies.
• Travel to assigned clinics up to 80% of the time.
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences and high-quality access for patients and clinicians.
