Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking an Area Manager, Patient Access to oversee front office operations across multiple clinics. You will supervise Patient Access Supervisors, coordinate registration, scheduling, and initial treatment coordination, and ensure a positive patient experience.

This role requires strong leadership, HIPAA compliance, budgeting, and staff development. Travel up to 80% of the time and collaboration with regional clinical leadership to improve patient care and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare operations management with hiring/supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple clinics and supervise front office staff.
• Collaborate with regional clinical leadership to support patient care.
• Maintain relationships with referrals, payers, and patients.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and patient care quality.
