Job summary

Women's Care is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to provide supervisory support to the patient access team across multiple locations.

The role focuses on optimizing office flow, provider templates, and EMR usage (eCW) while enforcing HIPAA and delivering excellent patient service.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and at least two years in a medical practice, with leadership and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years progressive experience in a medical practice, preferably OB/GYN.
• Experience with EMR systems, especially eCW.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance reimbursement.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and resolve conflicts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to patient access and administrative staff.
• Oversee day-to-day patient/office flow in alignment with Practice Manager.
• Review online scheduling platforms and report errors to Practice Manager.
• Oversee provider schedules, visit types, and appointment blocks.
• Enforce HIPAA-compliant workflows and patient privacy policies.
• Train and supervise front desk, billing, scheduling, and medical records staff.
• Improve front desk workflows to reduce errors and improve satisfaction.
• Manage call center metrics and daily/ monthly reports.
