Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager, Patient Access to oversee front-office operations across multiple clinics and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

You will lead and develop front-office teams, coordinate with regional clinical leaders, and drive improvements in patient access and satisfaction. The role requires strong customer service, healthcare workflow knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-clinic operations and supervise front-office staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support patient care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and manage financial controls.
• Travel to assigned clinics up to 80%.
