Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Access to oversee patient access staff across clinics. You will ensure a welcoming, compliant patient experience, monitor documentation, and support clinicians while driving improvements in workflow and patient outcomes.

The role requires travel up to 80% of the time to regional clinics, leading a high-performing administrative team, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience hiring, supervising, training, and coaching others.
• 2 years administrative and/or customer/patient service.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across one or more clinics.
• Ensure welcoming, compliant, and efficient patient flow and documentation.
• Monitor payer communications and workflow adherence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Patient Access team; manage staffing and training.
• Travel to assigned clinics up to 80% of the time.
• Support high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and the Area Manager, Patient Access.
