Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate staff activities, ensuring safe and compliant operations within a fiscal framework. You will work with the Patient Access Manager to coach staff, oversee onboarding, and optimize patient access functions.

Responsibilities include overseeing registration duties, analyzing metrics, scheduling, and supervising upfront collection processes.

Formación

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI to improve processes and tech.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all registration duties with staff; ensures duties completed daily and provides training.
• Tracks department performance metrics such as wait times, productivity, and overtime.
• Manages staff schedules, including rotation and time off to minimize overtime and maximize productivity.
