Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Access to lead the Patient Access staff across clinics. You will ensure a welcoming, compliant patient experience, support clinicians, monitor documentation, and improve payer-related processes.

The role emphasizes staff development, front-office system optimization, and travel to clinics up to 80% of the time to maintain high-quality patient access operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience hiring, supervising, training, and coaching others.
• 2 years administrative and/or customer/patient service.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily documentation and compliance to ensure HIPAA/privacy and payer requirements.
• Build, lead and retain a high-performing administrative team.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Travel to assigned clinics up to 80% of time.
• Monitor patient outcomes data and NPS, improve workflows.
