Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead and supervise the patient access team across locations. The role focuses on optimizing office flow, scheduling accuracy, and provider templates to boost utilization and patient satisfaction.

You will oversee front desk operations, call center performance, and reporting via eCW, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professional, courteous interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years progressive experience working in a medical practice, preferably in OBGYN.
• Experience working with EMR systems with knowledge of functionality; eCW a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance reimbursement.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Displays a professional and positive outlook and manner.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work cooperatively in group situations; assists coworkers, resolves conflicts, and treats patients with respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to patient access team and administrative staff.
• Oversee day-to-day patient and office flow in conjunction with Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain provider templates to increase utilization aligned with organizational goals.
• Review scheduling platforms weekly and report anomalies to Practice Manager.
• Oversee front desk workflows (check-in/check-out) and call center operations to reduce errors and improve finances.
• Create and run daily/monthly eCW reports (schedule, charges, payments) and report analytics.
