Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to support the patient access team and administrative staff across locations. You will drive efficient office flow, enforce scheduling policies, and uphold HIPAA privacy standards while collaborating with the Practice Manager to improve patient satisfaction and financial performance.

You will oversee front desk workflows, train and supervise staff, and generate routine reports to identify trends and improve service delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years progressive experience in a medical practice, OB/GYN preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to patient access team and administrative staff.
• Oversee front desk/check-in/check-out workflows and scheduling to reduce errors and improve finances.
• Create and review daily/monthly reports (scheduling, charges, payments) and communicate findings to Practice Manager.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient privacy across locations.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff across locations and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
