Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Access, registration, or front-end revenue cycle operations within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification and financial clearance processes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Basic leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of frontline Patient Access staff within assigned hospital service areas.
• Support staffing assignments and coverage to ensure adequate departmental support.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality performance; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
• Serve as a resource for registration workflow, system questions, and customer service concerns.
