• Basic leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure timely and accurate registration and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality; provide real-time coaching.
• Escalate issues to the Manager and assist with staffing coverage.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, and policies.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for staff.
• Communicate updates from leadership to frontline staff and collaborate with clinical units.
