Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day frontline Patient Access activities to ensure timely and accurate registration, insurance capture, and documentation.
Monitor staff productivity and quality performance; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
Escalate operational issues, system concerns, or workflow barriers to the Manager as appropriate.
Assist with staffing assignments and coverage to ensure adequate departmental support.
Reinforce compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
Maintain knowledge of registration processes, insurance verification, and financial clearance workflows.
