Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure timely and accurate registration and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality; provide real-time coaching.
• Escalate issues to Manager; assist with staffing and coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance workflows.
• Support HIPAA privacy and security compliance and staff training.
• Communicate updates from leadership to frontline staff and departments.
