Job summary

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure accurate registration and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Escalate issues to Manager and assist with staffing coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and policies.
• Supervise staff, onboarding, and ongoing training; support performance management.
• Communicate updates from leadership to frontline staff and collaborate with clinical units.
