Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervision responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure timely and accurate registration and insurance capture.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality; provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Escalate issues to the Manager and assist with staffing coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards and organizational policies.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and maintain positive staff relations.
