Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure accurate registration and insurance capture.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide real-time coaching.
• Escalate operational issues or workflow barriers to the Manager as appropriate.
• Assist with staffing assignments and coverage to ensure adequate departmental support.
• Reinforce compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
• Maintain working knowledge of registration processes, insurance verification, and financial clearance workflows.
• Support HIPAA privacy and security standards and adherence to departmental policies.
