Advocate Health Care is seeking a dedicated Patient Access professional to support the Lutheran General IL ED. The role involves assisting leadership, training registrars, and ensuring accurate patient registration processes.

You will help maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/TRICARE regulations, participate in on-site staff scheduling, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a high-volume setting.

Competenze

• Knowledge of government and state regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE) and ability to modify procedures accordingly to remain compliant.
• Understanding of growth and development principles and ability to respond to age-specific issues.

Mansioni

• Assist leadership in meeting performance goals for Patient Access.
• Train registrars in all areas of patient access.
• Provide guidance and feedback via rounding, auditing and reports.
