Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Scan, index and manage patient documents for registration, billing and workflows.
• Explain financial responsibility to patients and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maintain timely access to care.
• Identify and escalate registration or insurance discrepancies per protocol.
• Provide patient support via phone and other channels, documenting interactions.
