Ensemble Health Partners in Illinois is seeking a Supervising Patient Access role for on-site work at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese. This position leads registration teams, ensures daily tasks are completed, and drives performance through coaching and reporting.

You will collaborate with leadership, balance schedules, reduce overtime, and support process improvements. Candidates with CHAM/CRCR and 2–3 years supervisory healthcare experience are preferred; ongoing training and tuition support

Competenze

• CHAM certification preferred.
• CRCR certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate all registration duties with staff.
• Ensure daily registration and pre-registration tasks are completed.
• Provide staff training and monitor productivity.
• Produce and review reports on department performance.
• Schedule staff, manage shifts, and minimize overtime.
• Support onboarding and coaching for team members.
• Handle on-call rotations including days, nights, weekends.
• Support process improvements and department procedures.
