Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee daily operations for the Patient Access department across our Burlington and Peabody sites.

The role includes coordinating staff, maintaining strong department relationships, and supporting staffing and training initiatives. Regular travel to Peabody is expected, approximately once per week, with an emphasis on ensuring efficient patient scheduling, registration, and financial clearance.

• Coordinates daily operations of assigned team to ensure efficient performance.
• Manages scheduling and coverage; intervenes to resolve barriers to performance.
• Maintains relationships with clinical departments through daily interactions and meetings.
• Performs staff training, retraining, and competency assessments.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Ensures adherence to policies, dress code, attendance, and quality standards.
