Formación

• Education: High school degree or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a healthcare front-desk or patient-access role.
• Skills: Comfortable with EHR systems, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Registers patients for visits and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguards cash and receipts.
• Completes Medicare/ payer questionnaires and verifies eligibility.
• Obtains signatures on consent and financial forms; scans and records documents.
