Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center or front desk setting.
• Familiar with medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
• Proficient typing speed and accuracy (40+ wpm).
• Bilingual abilities a plus (written and spoken).
• Comfort with using EHR systems and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the process.
• Process co-payments, insurance verification, and demographic data.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; manage waiting areas.
• Obtain signatures on forms and ensure confidentiality and security of records.
• Communicate financial clearance and help patients understand their costs.
• Support pre-registration and guarantor assignment for patient visits.
