Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in receptionist/customer service.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/visitors and deliver a welcoming front-desk experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
• Support check-in/check-out processes and scheduling as needed.
