This hybrid, full-time role supports front-of-house needs and patient interactions, including greeting patients and handling calls with excellent service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience; a high school diploma is preferred, and comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and medical

Qualifications

• One year experience in receptionist/customer service field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare preferred.
