The role requires at least one year of receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; healthcare setting preferred. Shift is 40 hours, on-site.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
